ORDERS

  1. How I do go about a query for commissioned artwork?

    For customisations, you may send in a query here.

    For future work collaborations and/or partnerships, you may send in a query here.

  2. What payment methods do you accept?

    As of now, we only take payments via debit card, credit card and PayPal.

SHIPPING

  1. Do you ship internationally?

    We currently offer purchases within Singapore only.

    When more products are added to the shop, we will ship internationally. Do leave us your contacts here if you’d like to be on the mailing list for updates.

  2. Can I do a self collection if I am based in Singapore?

    Yes, you may. Upon purchasing, we will contact you personally to coordinate meetup location and time.

  3. Can I opt for a courier to pick up my purchased item?

    Yes, you may. Currently available for orders within Singapore, you may select the courier option to have your purchase delivered to your shipping address. Additional cost of SGD20 will be incurred upon check out.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS

  1. What is your exchange and returns policy?

    All artworks cannot be exchanged or returned. All sales are final.
